Shipping Guide

All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse.

Packaging

We ship all orders in 100% compostable packaging — good for your wardrobe, and better for the planet.

Australia 🇦🇺

  • $10 Standard Shipping on all orders
  • $15 Express Post (via Australia Post)

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days (metro), 3–6 business days (rural) after dispatch.

New Zealand 🇳🇿

  • $25 NZD Standard Shipping on all orders under $150 NZD

Orders under $1000 NZD are duty-free.

International Shipping 🌍

Import Duties & Taxes: Import taxes, duties, and tariffs may apply based on your country’s regulations.

These costs are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

United States 🇺🇸

  • We have had to suspend US shipping

 

Estimated import charges:

  • ~16% U.S. apparel base duty
  • +30–50% origin tariff (based on manufacturing origin and shipping country)

Products are designed and shipped from Australia, and manufactured in China.

Canada 🇨🇦

  • $35 CAD Express on all orders

Orders may be subject to import duties, GST, PST, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These are not included in your total and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs. Please check with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for details.

European Union 🇪🇺

VAT is typically applied upon arrival, averaging around 22%. Rates vary by country. Check your local regulations for accuracy.

United Kingdom 🇬🇧

VAT, import duties, and customs clearing fees are applied on arrival and are the customer’s responsibility. Please factor these into your total cost when ordering.

Rest of World

  • DHL Express rates are calculated at checkout
  • Import taxes and duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility

Important Notes — Please Read Carefully

  1. Customs Fees & Import Duties
    We do not cover, pre-pay, or reimburse any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by your local government. These are separate from your order total and are entirely your responsibility. You’ll be contacted by customs or the courier (e.g., DHL) before delivery if charges apply. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

 

  1. Refused Shipments or Returned Parcels:

If you refuse delivery due to customs charges or for any reason, or if your parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect, Aulieude Clothing Pty Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Deduct all shipping (initial and return) fees
  • Deduct handling and merchant fees incurred
  • Refund only the remaining order balance (if any)

In some cases, no refund will be issued if the return costs exceed the order value or if the parcel is not returned to us. Please contact us if you’re unsure about your local duties before ordering.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days
  • A confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking details are emailed once dispatched
  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday during business hours
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
  • High-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, collection launches, or sales) may cause delays
