Our designs and pattern making are all done in house by our designer, Michelle at our Melbourne studio. Samples are tried on by a variety of different women in Australia to ensure pieces flatter women of various sizes and shapes. We love getting feedback on comfort and style so we can create a truely inclusive range. The production is then made by a small team of makers in Guangzhou. Aulieude has been produced with Michelle’s family friend, Mily since inception and we have continued to maintain a high quality ethical supply chain.
All our garments can be machine washed! Ensure to place your garment in a delicates bag before washing. We recommend a cotton setting on your machine and washing at temperatures ranging from cold wash to 40 degrees celsius.
No need to iron if you don’t feel like it! Simply shake out your dress to soften out all the creases and place immediately on a hanger to dry. As it hangs, gravity will release these creases and the linen will get softer with every wear.

Our dresses are designed to flatter curves and more hourglass figures, but also suit pear and rectangle shapes. Once an order has been placed we are unable to guarantee any changes, however we will try our best. If you have made a mistake with your order, email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Please send us an email at email@example.com if you have received an item that you did not order. This could include the incorrect size, colour or garment. Please include photos of the item(s) you have received, the name of the item you ordered and your order number.

If an item is now on sale, we are unable to refund the price difference for this item. All prices may be subject to change due to promotions or discontinued products.
All items paid full price are eligible for a full refund (excluding afterpay)

Discounts cannot be added to your order after it has been confirmed, paid or processing.
To ensure we do not waste any fabric, the off cuts of our designs are turned into scrunchies and added as a gift to some of our garments. This does not apply to all garments as there is not always enough excess fabric to make them. It’s luck of the draw.

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and take 2-5 business days to arrive after dispatch in metro areas. Allow 3-6 days for rural areas.
All orders sent via DHL take 3-7 business days to arrive after dispatch in metro areas.
