We want you to absolutely love your Aulieude! If your new item is not quite right we have the following return options available in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law:

- Your return is initiated within 10 days of receiving your order
- Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved.
- Item/s are in original condition (unworn and unwashed with all tags attached).
- The shipping cost to return item is payable by the customer
Aulieude reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above.
Submitting a Return
- Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal.
- Once approved, send the item(s) back to us with a clear reference to your order number.
- Please ensure you use a protective bag (we encourage you to reuse the satchel) and a registered/traceable form of postage as Aulieude will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
- Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will be emailed your store credit gift card or refunded for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
- Please allow up to 7 days after we have received your return for it to be processed.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Exchanges and Store Credits are automatically issued as soon as your return is tracking it's way back to us in the Aus Post system. Select our portal generated label for this fast tracked option.
Exchanges are only available for a different size of the same style***. For all other exchanges, please request a store credit, which you can then use to purchase your desired item/s.
Store credits and exchanges are only eligible to be processed once.

CAN I CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make amendments to any online orders after your order is placed.
If you've made a typo on your order email email@example.com immediately and we might be able to amend your order if it hasn't yet been processed.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
Please lodge through our Returns portal. Select 'exchange' option and select the same size as your original order. Select 'incorrect item received.' A return label will be generated for you. As soon as the return is scanned by post office, your exchange order will be generated and we can get your correct item to you as soon as we can!
*Excluding Afterpay orders. We only offer store credit on orders paid with Afterpay
**Sale items purchased for less than 50% of original RRP ( FINAL SALE) cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully and get in touch if you need help finding the right pieces before purchase
***Exchange for another size is only available if 5 or more of the item are in stock. Opt for a store credit if the size isn't available on the portal, but you can see the item is available on the online store (meaning less than 5 available) and quickly lodge return with Aus post to get credit to purchase your new size.
