All change of mind returns will be accepted for online store credit or exchange. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to lodge a return for credit request, or if you'd prefer a different size, you are able to do a direct exchange via our online portal. All returned items must be returned in as-received condition, unworn, unwashed with swing tags in place.
In the rare chance a customer receives a faulty or incorrect item, please use our returns portal to submit images and details of the fault or the item you did receive. We will resolve the issue with a replacement, refund or repair in line with Australian Consumer Legislation.
STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE
We offer store credit notes or exchange if you wish to return your item for a better fit or because you have simply changed your mind. Our store credit notes have no expiry date and can be used for a similar product or for a completely different style.
Exchanges are only available for full priced orders. Currently we can only exchange for a different size of the same style. For all other exchanges, please request a store credit, which you can then use to purchase your desired item/s.
The cost of sending back the item/s is yours. Please ensure that your item/s are placed neatly, secured and properly sealed within a postbag. We recommend reusing the original satchel. Shipping costs are non-refundable by Aulieude.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?
Our Returns Portal will issue your Credit or Exchange 1-2 days after your Return Parcel is scanned in by Aus Post and is tracking it's way back to us, so the sooner you lodge, the better!
