Phoebe Black Dress

This dress is absolutely glorious. I’m amazed by how beautifully it’s designed and constructed. I ordered according to the size guide and it fits perfectly—the elastic across the front and shoulders makes it feel as though it were tailored specifically for my body. Every detail is thoughtfully executed, from the innovative and flattering waist tie to the back tie that keeps the shoulders perfectly in place. The flutter sleeves are both flattering and the ideal length, and the discreet clasp at the bust is perfectly placed for when you want a more demure look. I felt instantly gorgeous wearing this dress. I’m excited to see how it evolves over time as the linen softens with wash and wear. The color is lovely, and I honestly wish I owned this dress in every shade. I can’t wait to see what new designs come next—I have a feeling I’ll want every single one.

Fits well without constricting; can play flute, conduct orchestra etc. Flattering cut while still modest enough for stage presentation.

These are just such beautiful quality dresses and fit so nicely. If you’re at the top end of the bust measurement, I would suggest sizing up, as it’s slightly tight under the arms.

Wore it to my white coat ceremony. It took some steaming to get all the wrinkles out but it looked beautiful.
