RETURN POLICY

We want you to absolutely love your Aulieude! If your new dress is not fitting like a dream or you would like another colour or style pop onto our Returns Portal

Before you begin your return, check out our instagram reels for helpful styling and fit tips or reach out to our customer service team for styling advice.

CREDITS AND EXCHANGES 

All change of mind returns (excluding Final Sale) will be accepted for an online store credit or same-product size exchange. Our credit notes have a 12 month expiry date and can be used for a similar product or for a completely different style. Please note that items bought using store credit are not returnable. Reach out to our customer service if you need help choosing the best product fit before you order. 

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to lodge a return for credit request or same-product size exchange, via our Returns PortalAll returned items must be returned in as-received condition, unworn, unwashed, no odours (including perfumes) with swing tags in place and with any item related free gifts. If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected.

In the rare chance a customer receives a faulty or incorrect item, please use our returns portal to submit images and details of the fault or the item you did receive. We will resolve the issue with a repair, replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Legislation. 

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased up to 30% off the RRP are eligible for change of mind return via credit note.

Final sale items are items more than 30% off the RRP and are not eligible for return.

If an item is purchased during a sales promotion period and is returned for a credit, any replacement items will need to be re-purchased at the value they are listed for on our site at the time of re-purchase.

 

RETURN SHIPPING 

Australian and USA customers can choose to use our integrated Aus Post and USPS service respectively in our return portal. All other countries will need to use their own local mailing service to return. 

The cost of sending back the item/s is yours. Please ensure that your item/s are placed neatly, secured and properly sealed within a postbag. We recommend reusing the original satchel. If item is damaged from improper packaging we are unable to accept the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable by Aulieude. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?

Our Returns Portal will issue your Credit or Exchange 1-2 days after your Return Parcel is scanned in by Aus Post or USPS and is tracking it's way back to us, so the sooner you lodge, the better!
