About us
Aulieude garments are excessively available to purchase online here at https://aulieude.com.au/. We ship all over the world from Australia. Aulieude garments cannot be purchased from other online stores or retailers.
Our designs and pattern making are all done in house by our designer, Michelle at our Melbourne studio. Samples are tried on by a variety of different women in Australia to ensure pieces flatter women of various sizes and shapes. We love getting feedback on comfort and style so we can create a truely inclusive range. The production is then made by a small team of makers in Guangzhou. Aulieude has been produced with Michelle’s family friend, Mily since inception and we have continued to maintain a high quality ethical supply chain.
All our garments can be machine washed! Ensure to place your garment in a delicates bag before washing. We recommend a cotton setting on your machine and washing at temperatures ranging from cold wash to 40 degrees celsius.
No need to iron if you don’t feel like it! Simply shake out your dress to soften out all the creases and place immediately on a hanger to dry. As it hangs, gravity will release these creases and the linen will get softer with every wear.
We are an Australian brand and all orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse
If you are an international customer, your checkout will appear in AU Dollars (AUD).
Your credit card will then be charged the converted amount in your local currency.
Sizing
Each product page has a detailed sizing guide under ‘Size & Fit’ that includes detailed measurements. You will also find info about if the style runs large or small and some style tips.

All our sizes are in AU. The conversion chart can be found here. Additionally, each individual product has the relevant measurements under ‘Size & Fit.’ If you have any enquiries regarding sizing, please email us at shop@aulieude.com and we can further assist you.
Our dresses are designed to flatter curves and more hourglass figures, but also suit pear and rectangle shapes. Each product page has a size and fit section with details about how to find a flattering fit. Orders
Once an order has been placed we are unable to guarantee any changes, however we will try our best. If you have made a mistake with your order, email shop@aulieude.com as soon as possible.
Please send us an email at shop@aulieude.com if you have received an item that you did not order. This could include the incorrect size, colour or garment. Please include photos of the item(s) you have received, the name of the item you ordered and your order number.
Aulieude strives to deliver high quality garments to all of our customers. If you have a concern regarding your garment, please send us an email at shop@aulieude.com so we can find a solution.
If an item is now on sale, we are unable to refund the price difference for this item. All prices may be subject to change due to promotions or discontinued products.
All items paid full price are eligible for a full refund (excluding afterpay)
Any sale items or items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for store credit or exchange.

Discount
Once you have navigated to the checkout page, enter your store credit voucher or discount code into the box labelled, ‘Gift card or discount code.’ Don’t forget to press apply to ensure your code is applied before processing.
Discounts cannot be added to your order after it has been confirmed, paid or processing.
To ensure we do not waste any fabric, the off cuts of our designs are turned into scrunchies and added as a gift to some of our garments. This does not apply to all garments as there is not always enough excess fabric to make them. It’s luck of the draw.
Payments/Shipping
The payment methods include visa, credit card, paypal, and afterpay.
Please note, any payments made with AfterPay will not be able to receive a full refund (only exchange or store credit) should you wish to return.
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and take 2-5 business days to arrive after dispatch in metro areas. Allow 3-6 days for rural areas.
All orders sent via DHL take 3-7 business days to arrive after dispatch in metro areas.
You may be charged import duties upon the arrival of your parcel into your country. Please check with your local authorities before purchase to understand your countries' policies. We do not have any control over this amount as it is determined by each countries authorities.
